What a JOKE

look guys, I understand how you feel. I could NOT stand anything to do with the Niners for a long time. when you win a lot you don't like them if you are not a fan. The Pats are hated because they win all the time. The Steelers are not everyone's fav team so you are tired of them. I use to HATE everything about Rice and Montana and the list went on and on. Same with the Cowboys of the 90's, couldn't stand to see them win anyting.
As a LONG TIME Steeler fan I have been through the great time's of the 70's (late 70's for me) and suffered through the 80's.

This has nothing to do with Steelers hate, its giving an award to a guy who missed two games.

I just made my comment about disliking the Steelers. I have every since I knew what football was. Not because they win so much, and I'm tired of them. I've just NEVER liked them. I do have a 'Bus' jersey (and it's because he went to ND).

Troy shouldn't have gotten the award. He wasn't the best defensive player in the league this year.

he missed 2 games. Mathews missed 1 game. Harrison was 3rd and I'm not sure he missed a game at all. does that mean that James Harrison should have maybe won because he didn't miss any games?

A lot of people just don't like Ben, with that whole sexual harassment thing, he's not popular at all. Reading about a poll eariler that said he's gong to be the most disliked player in the superbowl by like 75%.

No, Harrison shouldn't have won it at all. Mathews played better than Troy this year, and as I stated earlier, Troy didn't even lead the league in interceptions. He's a poster boy for the NFL, it's plain and simple. I don't dislike Troy at all.
